STAFF BIO:

Victoria Barley joined Richmond United in March 2025 as the club’s Social Media Manager, where she combines creativity and strategy to bring the Richmond United story to life across digital platforms. In her role, she is responsible for developing engaging content, highlighting players and programs, and strengthening the club’s connection with its community.

Victoria brings a diverse professional background, having previously worked in the building products industry and screen printing, where she developed a strong foundation in branding, communication, and creative execution. Her ability to blend storytelling with visual content plays a key role in elevating the club’s online presence.

A graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Victoria was also a student-athlete, competing as a swimmer. She later went on to coach college swimming, continuing her passion for athletics and mentorship.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time behind the camera, staying active in the gym, and exploring the outdoors—often combining all three whenever she can.
