STAFF BIO:

Sebastian Carrillo joined the Richmond Kickers in the fall of 2021 and has been an integral part of the club’s player development pathway ever since. Working primarily within the travel program, Sebastian has coached U11–U14 teams while also contributing to the Kickers futsal program and coaching at the middle school level.

Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Sebastian grew up immersed in the game, playing travel soccer from U12 through U19 in the highly competitive Liga de Fútbol de Bogotá. He continued his playing career at the collegiate level in Colombia, competing as a central midfielder and attacking midfielder.

Sebastian began his journey in the United States in 2013, pursuing opportunities in soccer, education, and professional growth. He continued his studies at Miami Dade College and Broward College while further developing his coaching pathway. He currently holds a USSF C License, reflecting his commitment to continued learning and player-centered development.

Passionate about giving back to the game that shaped him, Sebastian is grateful for the opportunity to coach and mentor players within the Richmond United system, helping them grow both on and off the field.
