STAFF BIO:

Dani Lambert joined the Richmond Kickers Youth Soccer Club in May 2023 and plays an important administrative role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the club. Over the past two years, she has contributed to creating an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for players and families, with a particular passion for keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes.

While her primary focus is on the administrative side, Dani has also been involved on the field as a recreational coach for the past two years, coaching her children’s teams and fostering a fun, positive introduction to the game. She holds a USSF 7v7 License, further supporting her understanding of player development at the grassroots level.

A Richmond native, Dani has enjoyed playing soccer recreationally since the age of six and continues to stay active in the game today. Known for her attention to detail, she jokingly considers color-coding Google Sheets a “professional hobby,” a skill that translates well into her organizational strengths within the club.

Dani’s favorite players include Marta and Mia Hamm, and outside of soccer, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, and relaxing in the shade.
